As Stephen begins his defense he recalls the story of Abraham and of the promises that God made to him. For one of the promises he had to wait 25 years, and the other he never saw in his lifetime. Pastor Andrew explains that although in our lives we very much dislike the times of waiting that we have to go through, it is actually in these times of waiting that we see God show up more than ever.
